Be constructive
Discuss gameplay, vocabulary learning, accessibility, bugs and ideas. Challenge ideas without attacking people. Do not harass, threaten, shame or organize abuse.
Protect privacy
Do not share real names, school details, addresses, phone numbers, private messages, account credentials or identifying information about a child. Never request private contact from a minor.
Keep content appropriate
No sexual content, graphic violence, hate, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, scams, malware, impersonation, spam or attempts to evade safety systems. Use only content you have the right to share.
Vocabulary discussion
You may report missing, unsuitable or incorrectly graded words. Mention the word, region, word-pack version, game mode and reason; do not repeatedly post offensive terms outside the report context.
Moderation
Moderators may hide content, request edits, issue warnings, limit posting, suspend or ban accounts. Serious child-safety threats may be escalated where legally required. Appeals can be submitted through the contact page.
Response targets
Urgent safety reports should be reviewed first, followed by harassment and spam reports, then ordinary content disputes. Exact service targets will be published when public posting opens.
